Speriamo quanto prima di assegnarLe una camera che magari ci porti oltre la categoria B&B nella quale ci pregiamo comunque di appartenere. Non pretendiamo di essere un Hotel, ma cerchiamo di migliorarci in maniera che i servizi quanto meno si avvicinino a quelli di un piccolo hotel. Dear Sir and dear madame, thank you for having shared with other your impression about us. we atre sorry that you didn't find the location as you expected, i have to remind to you and to the others guests that we are a B&B, with the limits of a B&B, even if we try to improve every year our services. Anyway in our opinion, every room is provided with adequate storage and drawer for regulares luggages. But if we have some limits we have some quality more than a Hotel : warm and homely welcome and competitve rates ( very competitive) for example and a friendly owner completely available for you need.

Dear Madame thank you for your kind review, we really hope you have enjoyed your time in Rome. We are sorry that you had to change room the last night, but you have slept 2 nights in a upgraded room, a double single use, instead of the single room bookedl, anyway probably it wasn't your will (we do apoligize for it.). Concerning the payment and the exchange, we are a small B&B, we cannot provide a exchange service, we don't have a bereau de exchange and there are 3 ATM just down in the street ( 10 mt far form our premise entrance), but we wont to clarify that we ask cash payment only for city tax and shuttle transfer, not for the room. Dear mr Ole, thank you for sharing with others travellers your opinion about us, Concerning your kind observations: - you booked a shuttle with us from the airport , the meeting was at 12.10 a.m. and it worked well. I'm sorry but i don't understand the observation, please write to me directly, so i can understand. - We use to serve a full continental breakfast that include 3 different kinds of bread, 3 different kind of sliced fruit, jam and marmalade, nutella, 2 different kind of Juice, salami and cheese, eggs scrumbled or boiled ( just ask for it), biscuits, real fresh croissant, tea ( 4 or 5 differents flawors), regular coffe, milk hot and warm, espresso, cappuccino, hot or cold chocolate. We are sorry we didn't satisfy your expectation about the breakfast. Thank you Best regards Cristiano

Le portail de réservation à partir de laquelle vous avez réservé appelé Hotels.com, fait la promotion de différents types d'installations, des hôtels à appartements, B & B, ainsi que tous les autres grands portails. De nombreux invités ont cependant trouvé nos services aux normes d'hôtel, mais je suis aussi heureux quand d'autres clients apprécient surtout le sentiment le plus chaleureux et accueillant d'un B & B. merci encore
