My stay was good, but not great.I asked if I could have an early check in, and they said maybe and to message again the day before. When I messaged again, they said that they are not able to accommodate an early check-in of more than a hour because the cleaners would be there. It’s understandable, but I wish it was said when I had reached out a week before my booking instead of when I was flying out. On check in, I found out the unit does not have a dryer even though the listing says it does. This was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose to book. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and apologized for the misrepresentation. He even offered a free late check out, which was appreciated. And he said that he wasn’t sure why they didn’t let us check in early and that they could’ve done that, which was a little frustrating. On check in we also found that the sofa bed was not made, even though the host confirmed that it would be. This was also a bit disappointing, but there were linens in the unit, so not a big issue. The unit was clean where it absolutely needed to be, but the kettle was dirty, along with the dish brush. It felt like we couldn’t enjoy one of the benefits of booking a Vrbo. And we did try to use the late check out mentioned before, but they said they could not accommodate any late check outs, including our request of one hour later.Not a bad stay, but manage your expectations. The beds were comfy and the location was great.
