Conventiently located rooms, if you want to be close to the vatican. The staff (present in the morning) is really nice and helpful. If you need anything, you can contact them via WhatsApp as well. For breakfast you get vouchers which you can redeem in a bar in the next house. They are flexible in adjusting the food (for example tomato instead of ham for the sandwich). The room contains a small fridge (sufficient for a few bottles) and there is a common room with a coffee machine, water boiler and a grill/microwave oven.

Leider war die Angabe bzgl. Parkplätze nicht ganz richtig und wir mussten viel mehr zahlen als angegeben. Die Tür zum Hotel sollte vielleicht ein bisschen besser ausgeschildert sein. Im Dumkeln hatte man echt Probleme diese zu finden zum Check In. Ansonsten war alles Top :)

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Petersdom entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und auch geräumig. Am Service gibt es nicht zu bemängeln. Wir hatten schöne Tage dort und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Les apparts sont parfaitement situés, une jolie maison au charme historique. La pièce est grande, beaucoup d'air et de lumière. La réception est également disponible tardivement, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception après le check-out Mais le ménage est très mauvais, la poussière et les cheveux sont partout et ce n'est pas encore la haute saison. Après avoir changé les linges, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans serviettes et ne pouvions pas prendre de douche. les premiers jours, la douche était cassée, puis réparée. moisissure sous la douche. pas d’insonorisation, fenêtres vieilles et notre chambre était située à l’entrée des appartements , les portes claquaient

Location is amazing litteraly 5 min away to Vatican City and 10 min walk to a metro that take you every where your need . Staff was amazingly nice ( on small thing ensure to clean the shower soap holder … ) other than that I highly recommend that place

We had an early morning Sistine Chapel tour and this location was perfect. Property was very clean, simple, and served our purposes well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Do note that noon check in does not mean your room will be ready at noon--it means you can receive your keys and leave your luggage until your room is ready. That was not clear to me until we arrived. WiFi was also spotty, so if you need a fast, reliable connection, best bring your own hotspot.

We would stay there again. Tommy and the rest of the staff were great. We were apprehensive about staying in a guesthouse and not a full service hotel. After our stay here we're happy that we did not stay in a full service hotel. The place is convenient to the Vatican (two blocks) and most of the other tourist areas that you would like to see in Rome. The room was clean and comfortable and recently renovated. Restaurants, shopping, and public transportation readily available just out the front door.

Best hotel we stayed at by far during our visit to Italy. Even though it wasn’t particularly fancy or expensive, they focused on the things that matter. To be clear this is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful (although we never saw him). A/c is super cold which is what mattered most in the summer heat of Rome. Charming hotel with everything you need. Very clean. View of The Vatican from our room! Would stay again

Whilst a remote checkin the service was first class and attentive despite our late arrival. Very clean and tidy room with shared coffee/eating space. The shower was a bit awkward as the shower seemed to be fitted on the wrong wall.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura personale accogliente, gentile, cordiale e pronto a soddisfare i bisogni del cliente. Il servizio eccellente. Un altro aspetto eccellente è l'angolo in comune dove poter fare gratuitamente il caffè, tè, tisane. Purtroppo nelle stanze ci sono alcune cose da sistemare: il materasso non proprio confortevole così come i cuscini (forse sarebbe stato meglio metterne due), una delle due finestre rotte con la scritta di non aprirla, in bagno l'aeratore troppo rumoroso, il poggia asciugamano rotto, il cestino con il coperchio rotto, da sotto la doccia usciva un pò d'acqua. Ritengo che facendo più cura a tutti questi dettagli la struttura potrebbe diventare davvero eccellente. Personalmente la consiglio e ci ritornerei per la cortesia e l'accoglienza del servizio e del personale

Room isn’t as big as it looks - 1 window is broken so you can hear birds- ambulances & anything going on the street all hours of the night. No one was on the property and never left checking out instructions. Basically hostile/room rental

Prenotato perchè previsto parcheggio gratuito, in realtà erano i posti con disco orario per 3 ore lungo alcune strade, in pratica introvabili liberi. La camera è di recente ristrutturazione e gli interni sono buoni. Molto comodo al Vaticano.
