Location & Superb Host Edoardo made this vacation perfect! Apartment description & online photos are accurate. My group consisted of 4 adults so there was plenty of space for us and sufficient storage for all of our luggage. Great for guests who want to be in walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain & Colosseum. Great for those that love fashion & want to shop and enjoy various dining opportunities. Currency exchange/offsite luggage storage for early arrivals was near the apartment. Edoardo’s private mini van arrangements from airport to apartment & from apartment to Civitavecchia (cruise ship terminal) was a smooth process & reasonably priced. Responses to questions before booking, during the stay & after departure were very timely. Elevator & washer/dryer were great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect 4 days with our 17 visiting our 21 year old. The apartment is beautiful and perfect location. The property manager was very responsive and gave us great restaurants off the tourist path. Loved it all. We hope to return.

We had the most enjoyable stay here! Literally few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and all the shopping. Eduardo was super easy to reach and very helpful with questions we had. Place is spacious, clean, and has a washer and dryer! Loved our stay.

This property was very well located with everything from sight-seeing to restaurants within a 20-30 min walk. It was well furnished, comfortable, spacious ,well stocked and quiet despite the tourist filled area, and also very secure. Edoardo is an exemplary host who was responsive and helpful at every instance, gave great recommendations and helped arrange transport for us whenever requested. i would not hesitate to stay here again for a visit to Rome.

Edoardo was a amazing host. The apartment is just as pictured. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Linens and beds were very comfortable and the added convenience of a washer and dryer was great for our 1 week visit. The location just 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and the 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain was great. If you like to shop luxury brands, this location will serve you well!

This apartment is just amazing! The location is unbeatable, the communication with the owner was the best we have ever had when renting from VRBO and the apartment was exactly as advertised and better! There is a taxi stand one block away which made getting around the city a snap. Also so many things to walk to you may not need a cab! Can’t say enough wonderful things.. would recommend to anyone!

I give all aspects of this apartment five stars. Clean, like-new, great wifi, good washer/dryer, excellent strong a/c, two good, strong hair blow dryers provided, very quiet despite being in the middle of everything, great communication with landlord Edoardo ( he responded immediately to all my emails).Totally worth the money. Absolutely Amazing!

The property itself was simply amazing, it was clean, conveniently located, spacious and with all the amenitities we need! The location is by far the best in Rome. Everything you need is basically within walking distance which is also an added plus. Edoardo made the check in and checkout process very easy & even made great suggestions on places to visit while we were there. He was also easy accessible with any questions or concerns that we may have had. He was the best! Overall we had a wonderful time & we would definitely be staying at this property again.

Best location!

Access to great shopping, restaurants and Spanish Steps. Eduardo was very responsive and had someone meet us at 1am to check after flight delays. Having an elevator and AC was fantastic as it was hot. Only improvement was possibly a few more towels and bathroom amenities but that really did not affect our overall impression of this property.

First of all, it's a gorgeous apartment located only a moment away from the Spanish Steps. You could not have a better location. Very quiet and very comfortable. Edoardo was a consummate host. Amazing location!

Can’t beat the location! Literally steps from the Spanish Steps. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and so many more attractions. Metro station and taxi queue are also nearby. Edourdo was a great host. Met us at property upon check in, showed us the map and where we were, pointed out the grocery store (a block away), and also had a list of his favorite restaurants and cafes, which were all about a ten-minute walk away or less. We were 4 adults and two children and we were very comfortable during our 5 night stay. Would recommend this apartment to others and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location near the Spanish Steps, a short walk to most of the sites and to shopping. However the interior of the apartment needs renovations. It is simple and the bathrooms are bleak, tiny and somewhat dirty. There was an odor in both bathrooms that we could not get rid of. It was just two of us so we luckily did not need the second bedroom. I used it as a dressing room. This room is made for (2) children not for Adults. This is a good place if you are not looking for any luxuries and a simple place in center city works for you. We had an extended stay so we did not enjoy the apartment. I definitely needs to be freshened up for the price. Also sheets and towels were not good quality, and the mattresses are firm and low quality.
