The owner is very rude, the type of guy who wants to argue with anything a woman says even if they are in agreement. He argued with me about the door code pad not working, told me a package of bread was gluten free when it was not- it had the ingredients written on the package. I had “VIP” status stay but received no perks at all. In the morning i asked a worker why they didnt give me the bottle of wine that is included with the VIP package and she said she didnt know but gave me a tiny bottle of wine.
The cups for coffee in the room were dirty
Its inside another hotel so it was very hard to find and when i called to try to find it they said to text them instead. I told them i didnt have phone data for that and could they just tell me how to get there. They said they would text me the door codes again i asked if they could just tell me, since i was at the door and they said no, thankfully someone came out of the door and i was able to get in, they would not give me the door codes until i was inside the door, up to the fourth floor and through the second floor door which also requires a code and when i rang the bell they yelled at me to enter the code through the intercom, but would not give me the code. Also the code pad doesnt work half the time
