Zugang beim check-in zum Schlüssel über eigene App. Super, zentrale Lage, allerdings auch entsprechender Rom-Lärm. Netter Balkon. Warmwasser in der Dusche mäßig. In Summe zufriedenstellend.

The host was easily accessible through message and was very helpful when the building had a water problem that was no fault of the host. Responded quickly and got it taken care of. Apartment was as described and slept 8 comfortably. When we come back to Rome we will definitely stay again.

The communication was very easy, same for the check in. The location is great with plenty of restaurants around and of course the Vatican being close by. We were 6 and quite honestly, I wouldn’t say that place sleeps 6 people comfortably. The sofa bed in the living room is totally beat up and very uncomfortable for any adult. AC is only for the main bedroom, other rooms get pretty hot. I would recommend the place for 4 people, no more.

Fun location overlooking a plaza near the Vatican. Great for wandering St. Peter's plaza in the evening. Not far from the metro and food options. We needed the pull out beds which turned out to be pretty worn and saggy. The regular beds were fine. Hot water is finicky and one shower is quite tiny. Appreciated the smooth vintage elevator to this upper floor apartment.

The property was centrally located and clean. However, it was advertised as having air conditioning, but only one of the bedrooms actually had an AC unit. We were a group of six, so the people sleeping in the second bedroom and in the living room had no air conditioning. The property also had only one fan, which meant that two people had neither air conditioning nor a fan during our stay. I contacted the host, who said he would stop by the following day to provide an additional fan. Unfortunately, we never heard from him again, and no fan was ever delivered.

We arrived from America and so we’re not familiar with the building number and address system here. That was a little bit confusing in the beginning. Maybe just lost in translation? A very nice priest helped us find which building to enter (God always provides)-and once I understood the very clear instructions, it was so easy. The only negative thing I would say is at one point the outer wood door got closed and the key was a little bit jiggly. I thought we got locked out, but we had the key all along. It just had to be wiggled just right. Otherwise everything was perfecto! I would highly recommend staying in this apartment. It is in a great location! We had no complaints. Host was very communicative and helpful!

The property is in a very convenient location to restaurants and walkable sight seeing attractions. The pull out sofa beds are in terrible condition with rips and dirtiness. The air conditioning was only located in the master bedroom and did not cool well. The rest of the house is not air conditioned. The bedroom with the twin beds had dirty walls and dirty doors and stained headboards on the beds. There is mold on parts of the showers. The shower water was cold. The washer/dryer combo did not work well. The property decor is similar but not as pictured, photos likely taken a while ago and likely just after it was painted as the walls are dirtier and different furnishings. I informed the host of the concerns about the properties cleanliness and had to “make do” as there was no where else available for our family of 7 to stay on short notice. The host I will say, was friendly, however, this property needs a “fix it up” overhaul and deep cleaning. It has potential to be something great if it gets the proper upkeep and cleaning. It really was a great location. We rented a day room across the piazza after checking out of here, until our transfer back to FCO later in the day. The day room cleanliness and amenities really solidified how run down this particular rental really is. I really hope they spend serious time fixing these issues.

The apartment was very conveniently located literally right outside the wall surrounding the Vatican. Follow it to the right to enter museum, follow to the left if you just want to see st Peter's. Many restaurants and shops walkable. About 15 minute walk to hop on bus pickups. Wonderful wood elevator to take you up the 4 floors which was so welcomed! Spacious apartment. We had 5 and it worked perfectly. Master shower had nice sized shower but 2nd shower is very small. Again, it worked and was nice to have 2 with our number of people. The caveats, listing says there's a washer and dryer, there is no dryer. Only a small drying rack so we used hangers along with the rack and got the job done. Also lists air conditioning but doesn't tell you it's a mini split in 1 bedroom. We arrived with the heat wave. Living room Window wouldn't open which would have helped air circulation immensely and there was only 1 fan which wasn't very strong. We did ask for another the first day but never heard back about it. If you plan on staying during warm months plan on being uncomfortable. We're from Florida and are used to the heat and it was difficult for us to sleep 2 of the 3 nights. The 3rd it rained thankfully and cooled things down. If they at least added a couple more fans it would help so much and make the living room Window operable would have made a huge difference. Would stay again but only in cooler months.

Het appartement was lastig te vinden. Het adres is n.l. zeer globaal aangegeven. Door de verhuurder was aangegeven dat bij de toegangsdeur van het appartement een codekastje hing met de benodigde sleutels. Er was echter niet vermeld dat Nadat we het appartement gevonden hadden bleek dat we een sleutel voor de beide toegangsdeuren naar de centrale gang moesten hebben. Door verhuurder was hier niets oververmeld.
