Dear guest, we are sorry but you reserved an apartment for 2 and it is clearly stated that this kind of category can host only 2 people and you showed up in 3. Maybe you made a mistake while you were reserving but honestly, it's not our fault. We have other apartments that can fit up to 5 people, bigger and spacious, but our Junior Suite is designed for a couple. We couldn't help you by giving you a bigger place because we were fully booked. Plus, all the photos online represent the apartments as they are in reality as hundreds of other reviews from other guests state.RegardsOriana Homèl Staff

Hello Raul, We are sorry you had a bad experience, but as you saw our apartment were unsable for the shortcircuit caused by the last guest. We found you another apartment in the same building (same level) but we didn't receive from you any claims during the 4 days of your stay. Anyway we thank you for the stay and the feedback. Regards
