  • Stichwort: Ausgezeichnete Wohnung von 80 qm. komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem historischen 1600 Gebäude ebenfalls restauriert. Das Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV und WLAN, zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer kleinen Küche, die jedoch komplett mit Mikrowelle ausgestattet ist. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, während das andere auch zwei Einzelbetten haben kann. Es gibt auch zwei Schlafsofas. Max 6 Personen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. In der Nähe gibt es viele Geschäfte aller Art, Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Sie sind zwei Schritte von der Piazza Navona, zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Campo de 'Fiori, San Pietro, Colosseo und vielen anderen Orten zu besuchen. Diese Wohnung ist ideal für diejenigen, die sich im Herzen der Stadt aufhalten und von dort aus alle Monumente und Museen besichtigen und das wahre römische Leben erleben möchten.

    Vom Flughafen Fiumicino können Sie ein Taxi für 50/60 € nehmen und Ihr Domizil innerhalb von 45/60 Minuten erreichen, oder Sie können nach einem Auto mit Chauffeur fragen, dessen Preis von 50 Euro bis 90 Euro abhängt, abhängig von der Anzahl der Personen und dann muss die art von auto oder minibus sein.
    Wenn Sie lieber mit dem Zug fahren, haben Sie zwei Möglichkeiten:
    - Fahren Sie in Richtung Hauptbahnhof Termini und nehmen Sie den Bus 64 zur Piazza Argentina. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß von dort zur Via del Governo Vecchio.
    - Richtung Trastevere Station (schneller), dann Tram 8 bis zum Ende der Linie an der Piazza Argentina.
    Vom Flughafen Ciampino nehmen Sie den Bus zum Bahnhof Termini oder das Taxi für 35/40 € und Sie erreichen Ihr Zuhause in 45/60 Minuten.

The hosts were amazing and it’s in a perfect location. We were there when it was very hot and there was an issue with the AC, but the hosts did their best to get it repaired as quickly as possible and provided us with a fan to help. The entire stay was excellent!Highly recommend this place!

Great location. We visited during a heat wave, but the a/c in the rooms was fantastic. Great communication throughout. Steep stairs from kitchen area to bedrooms. Not a problem for us, but if anyone has mobility issues, it would be a struggle. Very happy with the stay!

Overall this house was good for our family of four. Unfortunately the A/C wasn’t working in the master bedroom while we were staying during a heat wave. Nice location for walking.

Amazing location. Clean, spacious (for the city) place. Note there are a LOT of steep steps up to the unit, so be prepared for a leg workout.Emanuela was very communicative and helped with some good dinner and walking tour suggestions.Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Location can’t be beat. Easy central point in Rome with great restaurants and shops just steps away. Some street noise can be heard in the primary bedroom, but that’s all part of the atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this apartment again.

Ms. Patrizia was very accommodating and wonderful! She even arranged someone to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is in a very central location and it was easy to walk where we needed to go. There were two amazing restaurants, one right across from our door, Mimi Coco’s” and one diagonal from our door, “Mastrociccia”. There are also two fabulous gelato places, “Frigidarium” and “Chegelato” right down the street! And “Two sizes Tiramisu”!The stairs are a little steep but there is a sturdy rail to grab onto! I loved the cleanliness, the set up and the quaintness of the apartment. The street is a little noisy at night if you aren’t out in the nightlife, but I turned on the box fan noise on my phone and it worked fine drowning out the noise. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It was the BEST!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location! The apartment met my family needs, a place to stay in downtown Rome. It was a bit noisy at night even with the double glass window, but it was to be expected at this location. It has a microwave and refrigerator to store and warm up our leftover. We did not use the stove-range. Patrizia did an excellent job communicating with us and her son was waiting for us at the appartment at our arrival.

Great location! Great accommodations!

We traveled with my husband and I, our 2 year old and my sister. The accommodations was big enough to give us all space. The location is perfect. The building entrance puts you right on to a wonderful street right in the heart of Roma. Lots of amazing food, live music and wonderful shops right at your door step. This does mean the street is loud, but the double windows in the accommodations help to quiet the noise and everything quiets down after 2 am. But we never had any trouble sleeping. Patrizia arranged a car service to and from the airport and met us at the accommodations to shows us Everything. She was so helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful location!

The location is fantastic if you enjoy being in the heart of all the activity and energy of Piazza Navona. You walk out the very cool door right onto an active off-shoot of the plaza with a couple of great restaurants/bars right in front of you. Your window looks down on one of them. It's a fun vibe, but as some have noted it is not quiet and these places go until about 2am. Mostly conversation and laughter, not super loud music so was manageable for us. Best option was to just eat there and enjoy the scene from the ground level! You will find people sitting on your doorstep as you enter and exit so if all this activity bothers you, not the place for you. It is an older place, so the furniture, floors, walls, bathroom are all old and have some wear, but it is priced accordingly. The stairs to the second floor are older and steep so I wouldn't bring my grandmother to this place either. Owners were nice and easy to work with and the AC worked great. The one thing I would suggest needs improvement is the bathroom. It could use a deep cleaning as there was mold on the walls and floor of the shower. We were only there a couple of nights so we just avoided touching it, but I would not want to use that bathroom for multiple showers. A bit of bleach and scrubbing throughout and it would be much better! Overall though, we really did enjoy the location so much and with some cleaning we would recommend it.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt! Es liegt in einer kleinen Gasse mit netten Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants und völlig zentral für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom. Patrizia ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat uns im Appartement empfangen und vorher ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Das Appartement ist genauso wie beschrieben. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Great location in Rome!

Clean property. suggest eating out while you are there as only a small kichenette and no toaster. there are heaps of nice places to eat literally on your doorstep. The facilities are not modern but they suit the property with much charm and history. The 4 of us enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great apartment.

As the other reviews have stated, location is wonderful. Vibrant classic Rome street. Walking distance to all (we did Vatican and colosseum). Great air conditioning considering the recent heat wave. Highly recommended from our family of 5(kids: 13,10,8).

Great location!

This apt had an amazing location! On a quaint street with lots of restaurants and shops. Right around the corner from Piazza Navona. The apt is a little older looking than in the pictures, but was perfect for our family of 4. A small bar across the street can be a little noisy up until 10, but double windows keeps the noise to a minimum. Patrizia was very kind and helpful, we would definitely stay again. Such a lovely area!!

Great location

The apartment has a great location, only 2 min away from Piazza Navona and 15 min from Vatican. It is on a lively little street with lots of restaurants, but the dual pane windows keep the noise out. The apartment does need an upgrade. The kitchen is small but OK for a few days. It has a small electric stove with one working burner. The bathroom has a small boiler that makes it problematic if 4 people want to take a shower. Only 2 will get really hot water. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen size bed, the other has 2 single beds. Good closet space. The apartment has a steep stair case to go from the living room to the bedrooms. The living-room doesn't have windows and hence it's not well ventilated and gets smelly. The owner was nice, and arranged for a car to have us picked up from the airport, which was very helpful. Overall it was a good value for the money.
