Nous Vous remercions pour les conseils, mais étant Termini la gare centrale de la ville, rendre les horaires des trains disponibles serait pratiquement impossible: des centaines de trains partent chaque jour pour les destinations les plus disparates... Les heures de métro changent le week-end par rapport aux jours en milieu de semaine. Since you write a negative note about value for money, we would like to point out that your stay lasted one night -which we feel is a very short time to give an assessment that strongly penalises us- but apart from our impressions, we would like to point out that you arrived after 10pm (two hours after the end of check-in time) so someone was waiting for you without even asking you for a fee -although this was expected- we are very happy that this was appreciated by you! Also, since you refer to the price, you paid 137.00 for one night in the middle of the high season, when prices in the same period are around 200.00 per night in Guest Houses similar to ours, it doesn't seem so bad to us! You decided to book an Economy double room, which is certainly different from a Deluxe, but this was your choice...Finally, our Guest House offers many services (tour bookings, transfers, restaurants, daily housekeeping, complimentary toiletries, chromotherapy in the shower, check-in in presence, public transport tickets, board games, a common area with microwave, coffee machine and free snacks and much more...) of course you wouldn't know this because being with us for only 12 hours you didn't have a chance to find out, but we are very sorry, we put a lot of effort into what we do and then receiving such evaluations without even too many explanations leaves us stunned!We sincerely hope to be able to have more information from you, so as to know well the reasons that led you to give us this rating and we equally sincerely hope to be able to host you again, perhaps for more than 12 hours, we will be happy to make you fully appreciate all our strong points that our guests usually appreciate a lot!Thank you in advance for your cooperation,Best RegardsEmilyRegolo Rooms Vaticano Staff

Rome is a really big city with almost 3 million inhabitants, it is normal that not everything is nearby. If you choose to stay near the Vatican it is normal that you are far from the Colosseum, for example. In any case, our Guest House is very close to the underground station, with the underground it is possible to get to the center of Rome (Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna) in about 6 minutes! If you want to walk instead it's a pleasant walk of about 20-25 minutes!As for the room instead:You have booked an Economy double room, with a floor area of approximately 10 square meters and a French double bed (you can find the bed size specified in the room information). Obviously an Economy double room is very different from a Deluxe double room (the difference lies precisely in the size of the room and the size of the bed, but obviously also in the price) I am very sorry if your stay was not as you wished, but to know only now unfortunately we can not do anything! If you had told us -during your stay- about the problems you encountered, maybe we could have done something to help you!We are sorry because in addition to not having satisfied one of our guests, in this case we have also received an evaluation that strongly penalizes us without having had the opportunity to do something for you during your stay!We try our best every day and we are sorry when our guests are not fully satisfied!
