Regarding the noisy, we're sorry if it caused you some problems: our rooms' windows have triple glazed windows that help a lot to isolate the noise, however being located in a very central area, near Trevi Fountain, sometimes, specially for light sleepers, it's unavoidable to have a perfect silence. About the noise from the elevator, most of our rooms are spaced from it and preceded by a door which was built not for security purpose only, but to keep the noise away as well. Regarding the lotion and slippers, please be informed, as personally informed you during your stay, that lotion are free, but on request and that bathrobes as well are on request, but with a supplement.
