Stately apartment in an elegant period building with typical balconies (‘a ringhiera’) in the quiet Salario neighbourhood.
The Trieste neighbourhood is to the north of the Rome city centre, in a residential area offering all the most important services (within walking distance), such as supermarket (at 5 minutes, in Via Arno) and pharmacy. At 500 meters is the zoo, the exclusive park and the museum of Villa Borghese.
‘La Sapienza’ University, Luiss university and the Umberto I hospital are also in the vicinity.
Main points of interest in the area:
    - the Coppedè district, a small area in Liberty-eclectic style centred on Piazza Buenos Aires, designed by the architect Gino Coppedè. The front gate in Piazza Mincio 2, dating back to 1926 and the last work of the architect, is also an original copy of the scenic design used in the film ‘Cabiria’ (1914)
    - MACRO, Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome (seat of Via Nizza), home to important cultural events
    - Santa Maria Addolorata Church in piazza Buenos Aires
    - Sant'Agnese fuori le mura Basilica, in Via Nomentana
    - Santa Maria Goretti Church, in Via di Santa Maria Goretti
    - ‘Sedia del Diavolo’ (Devil’s chair) - funerary monument of the II century - in piazza Elio Callistio
    - Villa Albani, the elegant palace built under cardinal Albani in the XVIII century, which comprised an Italian-syle garden, fountains and also a small temple
    - Priscilla catacombs, in Via Salaria, and Sant'Agnese catacombs, in Via Nomentana
    - Villa Leopardi, Neo-medieval building dating back to the end of the XVIII century, and Villa Paganini, opened to the public in 2004, which comprises a lovely garden with small island and lake

The closest subway stop is Policlinico (line B). The area is also well served by the streetcars no. 2, 3, 19, and bus lines 63, 83 and 92.

The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city center.

Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.

Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.
