Great location. Lots of room for a family of 4 on two levels and the washing machine was helpful. Terrace was a nice touch. Only complaint is that the nights can be somewhat loud with the major traffic on the corner and the intoxicated pedestrians stumbling by.

The apartment was in a great location. It was clean and had different nooks and crannies to see the views, There was a grocery store nearby and a short walk to winding streets with shops and restaurants. And the communication was great. The host arranged for our pick up and there was a greeter.

Great location, beautiful view, and lots of room to spread out. It was a great stay. My feedback to the host would be to replace the beds with modern beds and higher quality sheets/pillows. I would also suggest providing better quality towels. A new coat of paint in the bedrooms and bathrooms would add to a more luxury feel.

This apartment is BEAUTIFUL. We loved the terrace, the views, and the location. So many great restaurants just a short walk away near Piazza Navona. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, starting at the booking process and throughout our entire stay.

Lots of charm, but rundown and needs renovation Excellent central location, shops nearby and beautiful views of Castel Sant’Angelo. This two-storey penthouse has real charm, but looked much better in the photos and urgently needs renovation. Noise was a major issue. Old, mostly single-glazed windows did not close properly, letting in traffic and restaurant noise. We needed earplugs every night. Upstairs double glazing helped somewhat. The master bed was very hard; the upstairs sofa bed was worn out and squeaked badly. The kitchen was poorly equipped, even for three people, with no electric kettle. Using two hob rings or the hob and microwave together repeatedly tripped the electricity. Lighting was poor throughout; a faulty kitchen light made food preparation difficult. The entrance door could not be opened from outside due to a reportedly broken key. Repairs were refused during our stay, leaving the old lift as our only access. It opens directly into the living room, is noisy and has a very simple code, which made us feel insecure. One terrace lounger was broken; the cushions were old and dirty. The upstairs bathroom was dated but acceptable. A neighbouring terrace overlooks the living room, compromising privacy. The apartment was cold, and the noisy heating left upstairs hot while downstairs stayed cold. Wonderful potential, but poor maintenance seriously affected our stay. We would not book again in its current condition.

The location of this property was perfect! We could walk to the Vatican in less than 10 minutes, Piazza Navona was literally five minute walk as was one of the best gelato places in Rome. Nightlife and restaurants all in the area was fantastic. This was an excellent location and a great property to stay with family With plenty of space to spread out.

Wonderful, classic Rome apartment situated in the perfect location. Easy walking access to all the sights and sounds of this magical city, but quiet and private enough to feel homely too. We had an amazing time at this 4th floor apartment. The elevator made entering and exiting convenient for the baby stroller and luggage. Our view from the outdoor patio was magnificent! And the location provided easy walking access to major attractions, restaurants and shops. We would definitely book this apartment again.

The apartment is beautiful and in an ideal location close to all main attractions and especially close to the Vatican. The host was able to provide a crib for our toddler which was ideal. It should be noted that it’s split level, so the master is on the first floor and the other main bedroom is upstairs, which is fine but important for those traveling with small children. The view from the patio is stunning and the apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The washer and kitchen are very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful Roman style property! Marble all around, and high-quality home. I love the outdoor Terrace for drinking coffee in the morning and sitting out at night.They had someone greeted us and show us around when we first arrived, and they were even available to help us when we accidentally forgot our key at one point. Extremely great experience! We would definitely stay here again. Close to everything and very convenient.

Family vacation in Rome

The place was perfect for the 4 of us. Beautiful views from all windows. We really enjoyed having a drink and resting on the patio. They were super responsive to any requests and very helpful. They arranged our shuttle to the apartment and also from the apartment to the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Very nice apartment, Sara was great to communicate with Amazing locations! Would consider staying there again I love the face that A/C was set before our arrival and apartment was ready for our late arrival 😊
