« We picked this place all on location to be close to family. Let me start by the host did communicate back with me to try and make things right. I will say he did try. Just upon checking in there were 3 guys in the place at 430 doing maintenance and a car in the driveway with a couple of people . When asked they said they run the errands for them. « We arrived at the property in the dark to find the walkways, steps and porch ice and snow covered. Extremely hazardous for my husband who is partially disabled and walks with a cane. Door code did not work. After calling the owner we stood in the freezing cold for almost half an hour while they attempted to locate the lockbox code.
