« We only had a muffin, coffee, and juice. It was pretty standard. The comforter on the bed had seen better days and it was lumpy where the filling had shifted and lumped together. There were two big piles of dirty sheets and towels on the floor in the hallway when we got there in the late afternoon and they were still there the next morning. The refrigerator dint work. Staff was very friendly. »

« Breakfast was good. Pool was very nice. Rooms stink and bathrooms smelled bad. Rooms I booked were given to another customer with similar last name, and the check-in guy gave me key cards to the same room and we walked in on with stuff all over the place, freaking all of us out. BIG BLUNDER!!! I WOULD RATHER THEY RE-IMBERSED ME MY MONEY AND APILOGIZE. »

« Overall, the staff was friendly and the hotel property appeared to be in generally good condition. However, there were a few issues in the room, including a heater that made loud noises and some stained bedding, which detracted from the overall comfort. My primary concern was the environment in the common areas. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout parts of the hotel, and the pool area in particular felt overcrowded and poorly managed. Although access to the pool required a hotel key...

« Lorenzo was amazing. He works the front desk and was extremely helpful and friendly. Traveling from out of town, he was able to points us in the direction of good places to eat. Text messages were received daily to ensure that all our needs were met. Definitely recommend! »
