„This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.“

„Die Lage des Hauses außerhalb von Rom war fĂŒr uns perfekt. So konnten wir uns zwischen stĂ€dtischem Treiben und Erholung auf dem Lande entscheiden. Der Pool tat sein ĂŒbriges dazu. Das Haus ist schlicht, aber sehr ordentlich. Der Ort Cerveteri ist nichts besonderes. Aber deswegen sind wir ja auch nicht nach Rom gefahren.“

„David was an exceptional host - kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the heat wave. Despite being close to the airport, we barely noticed any plane noise. David also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!“

„I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!“

„The house is a great place to stay if you want the comfort of a house with everything inside (TV, amazing kitchen). "Hotel ist kurz hinter dem Bahnhof, man kommt gut weg. Entweder nach Rom Flughafen usw. oder zum Hafen wo die Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegen. Personal war freundlich, FrĂŒhstĂŒck war okay. Zimmer gerĂ€umig, leider waren Im Bad Schimmelflecken an der Wand und Decke. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, es wĂ€re mal RenovierungsbedĂŒftig."
