« Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. « First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or...

« This place is nice and quiet - we needed a large kitchen and this worked out quite well! The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable! There are a few small items left (painting a few trim pieces and such) for a perfect stay. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!! »

« Was unable to watch any of the TVs. Host was unable to assist. ADT alarm announced garage door motion detected every 5 mins or so. Host was unwilling to correct error. The host's primary concern was how many guests would be staying at the property. We ended purchasing our own towels due to the quality and appearance of cleanliness of the ones provided. 2 of 4 the guests that were booked to stay sought out alternate accommodations for the 2nd night.Air conditioning was set at 72 degrees by...

« It was alright overall. Details, details, details... I didn't recognize from the photos the age of the residence and coming off a stay from a newer residence, I wasn't fully prepared. Spacious layout and plenty of room for as many as six or seven to sleep on existing beds. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. Bathrooms are dated but clean (It'd be nice to have a window screen (guest bath)). There aren't any towel racks so we improvised with some plastic hangers found in a closet. A/C worked well....

« The property says there is a hot tub on site and there was not one. That’s one reason we rented the house. The bunk bed mattresses was uncomfortable. The water in the shower was not very hot. »
