« We had a great stay at this Houston hideaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The king bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were a nice bonus. The foosball table was a lot of fun and made for some great downtime. The location was prime and made getting around the city easy. The host was responsive, and everything was set up for a smooth, enjoyable stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. »

« We booked this house so we could attend the Houston rodeo. My sister and her boyfriend flew in to join my husband and I. We brought our 2 big dogs as well. We had a great time! The house is relatively close to everything. About 30 mins from IAH and about 20 from NRG Stadium. So location was perfect. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we felt safe. The fenced back yard was so nice to have with our 2 dogs. They loved being able to run and play while on a road trip since with hotels they usually...

« Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again! »

« Clean house, ad an issue with hot tub when we got their. One call was all it took maintenance company was there first thing in the morning to repair the problem. Restaurants and shops are a few miles away so be prepared to drive or Uber. This was the perfect place for what we were looking for. A little oasis close enough to downtown that getting to the nice restaurants only took a few minutes but far enough away to enjoy some quite relaxation. Host were very easy to work with. »

« The host was particularly responsive to all our request. The property was very comfortable and safe. We had packages delivers and received everything we ordered. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. »
