The house was very nice. It was clean and new. Very open and spacious. There were plenty of plates, cups, silverware, bath and beach towels. The kitchen was lacking in supplies to cook a prepare food, bare bones for cooking items. Also, had to purchase nearly everything for the week. There were some staples like shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc. We had to ration dishwasher soap, only given 7 or 8 tabs for a full week. Also, only given 5 garbage bags and one roll of paper towels for the entire week. Had to purchase table salt, napkins, cooking oil, ect. Claimed to have a “fully stocked coffee bar” for the week; house came with 6 k-cups. That would have been enough for the two coffee drinkers to enjoy coffee for one day! House boasted about the amazing spa and pool. However, come to find out they took the guests ability to run the spa and pool away, because it’s run too much when guests are present. I was told that I would have to message the host, who then would message the owner to have the heat turned on. I asked for access to the app and was told “no”. Never once did they turn jets on for us. On our last day we planned to be at the pool all day, didn’t get heat to the spa on until after 4pm. Spent hours trying to get them to turn the spa on and waiting for replies or for the owner to turn the heat on. Never to have access to the jets, it’s so disappointing!I do not recommend based on the pool/spa situation and having to buy all the basics.
