It is an amazing house! Lots of information was shared and communication was very clear. We appreciated the items available for use (beach chairs, towels, etc). It made our travel plans much easier. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Vi hade 2 fantastiska veckor i detta härliga poolhus i Rotonda. Lugnt och trevligt område och en liten stund i bilen om man vill njuta av olika härliga stränder.Huset är nyligen renoverat och väldigt fräscht. Härlig pool.Kommunikation med både ägare och host var bra,Vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka om huset är ledigt när vi bokar nästa semester till västra Florida. Vi rekommenderar starkt att hyra detta hus!Mvh Mattias & familj

Beautiful home and very clean. Everything was like brand new. More than enough room for me and two young adults. The beds were so comfy, and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Had more than enough towels, that were soft and fluffy. Plenty of nice, oversized beach towels. The tableware and silverware were good quality and appliances looked new. Didn't really use them, but they looked new. A new refrigerator in the garage was very nice to put the cases of water in that we took on the go with us. Great beach chairs that we used often with handles on for easy carrying. A set of 4 nice bikes to ride around the quiet neighborhood. And our favorite place was back on the lanai. Trex table and 4 chairs and another table and 4 chairs over by the pool in the sun. 4 reclining chaise lounge chairs for drying off in the sun after enjoying the perfect temperature pool. But our favorite part was the extremely comfortable rocking loveseat and chairs under the ceiling fan watching a movie in the evening. This space is wonderful. We even watched Jaws while swimming in the pool in the dark. The host was very quick to respond to me after I notified them about a toilet that wasn't working properly. And was fixed right away. I highly recommend Sunset Retreat. You will not be disappointed.
