Welcome to The Palm & Pelican Retreat! Please follow these house rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Check-In & Check-Out: Please follow the designated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval.

Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 16 registered guests is permitted. Additional visitors require prior approval.

No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home. Please dispose of smoking materials responsibly outdoors.

Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving, running, or glass containers in the pool area. Please keep the screened pool enclosure doors closed.

Children & Games: Children must be supervised when using the pool, outdoor games, and giant chess pieces. Please return all game equipment to its designated location after use.

Property Care: Treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

Cleanliness: Please dispose of trash properly, clean up spills, and leave the property in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior written approval, subject to applicable fees and restrictions. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws.

Parking: Park only in designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or streets.

Safety & Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with security devices, pool equipment, or property systems.

Check-Out Responsibilities: Please dispose of trash, wash used dishes, return furniture and games to their original locations, and secure the home before departure.
