The space sleeps up to four guests and is ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together. It features two comfortable bedrooms, an equipped private kitchenette, a welcoming living area and a full-size bathroom with shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The kitchenette includes an oven, stove, microwave and fridge, while the living area features a 55-inch TV with Netflix and YouTube (no regular TV channels). Off-street driveway parking is also available.

Perfectly positioned as a base for discovering Rotorua’s geothermal attractions, beautiful lakes, cultural experiences and adventure activities, this is a lovely place to return to after a day of exploring. Prepare a meal, relax in your own space and enjoy a comfortable evening at home.

As the accommodation is beneath the main house, you may occasionally hear everyday household sounds, particularly during the daytime and early evening. Some traffic sounds may also be heard from the nearby road. If you prefer a residential home environment and don’t require complete silence, you’ll feel right at home here.
