« Nice cozy guest house. Perfect size to quickly unwind. They had a lot of the necessary items to make the stay convenient, including utensils, a Keurig machine, and plenty of towels. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable as well.I only had one minor inconvenience. When I came in, it was quite stuffy because of the heat fans being on. « Great house in Johnson City. Clean, nice space, easy walk into town. Quiet neighborhood. Easy in/out. We just stayed a night and didn’t use the backyard but looked great. Overall, a really nice stay. »

« This place was very clean and comfortable but we could not get over the smell of the water. Ruined a great stay. The smell was so bad we could not shower. We showered the first day and wretched the entire time, literally made me sick. The smell is a sickening sulfur smell. Was told it is because it’s well water but I have well water and have never had this problem. We had other friends stay in town and they didn’t not experience the same problem either. « What a wonderful location to explore hill country from for a week. Everything was close when you needed it but not so close that you could not choose to relax when you wanted to. The kids room upstairs would be great for small children. »
