"I mean: this is a great and cost-effective stay. It was a tad bit difficult to get there the very first time (you need a code/card) to drive or walk into the property. That being said, from the first entrance it was a blast. It is a great facility with very friendly staff and a swimming pool. Air condition would be amazing, other than that we were super happy to stay there. Will propably visit again. The only real downside is the location, that doesn't really lend itself to walk to nearby shops etc. (you will have to drive or figure out how to be picked up or find a bus or soemthing)"

"Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde etwas langsam nachgefüllt. Stets fehlte etwas: Saft, Schalen, Wasser, der Kaffeeautomat hatte nicht mehr alle Kaffeesorten im Angebot, Brot, Kuchen und Brötchen etc. Die beiden Damen waren aber stets bemüht die Dinge nachzuliefern. Das Zimmer an sich ist soweit in Ordnung. Negativ fiel aber die Terrasse auf. Die Liegen waren mit Vogelkot überzogen, auf der Terrasse lagen sehr viele Blätter und Nadeln und die großen Fenster zur Terrasse waren extrem schmutzig. Es befanden sich großflächig klebrige Spuren auf der Scheibe, die von den Ameisen aufgesucht wurden."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, and the staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, my apartment had very little daylight. I was also disappointed that free access to the spa is limited to 50mins per day and requires prior reservation. It was already booked out on the day I arrived. I think it is a good idea to limit the number of people in the sauna, but it would have been fair to inform about these restrictions upfront. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the hotel does not quite live up to the "luxury" standard they advertise."

"Mit einer Ausnahme (Mann hinter der Bar beim Frühstück war Klasse) komplett unaufmerksamer, nicht interessiertes und unfreundliches Personal ohne Leidenschaft und Motivation. Es war kein Absicht zu verspüren nur in irgendeiner Form einen Kundenservice zu leisten. "

"Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind in sehe gutem Zustand. Alles ist sehe sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ok. Das Parkhaus ist groß und die Dachterrasse schön mit einem kleinen Pool. Ich würde wieder buchen. "
