« Devo esprimere la mia più totale insoddisfazione per il soggiorno presso wuesto appartamento. Trovo inaccettabile che nel mese di giugno a Bresso, con temperature prossime ai 40 gradi, venga offerto un alloggio privo di aria condizionata e dotato esclusivamente di un piccolo ventilatore del tutto insufficiente. Di conseguenza, non sono riuscito a dormire né io né mio figlio per tutta la notte, compromettendo completamente la mia permanenza. Altrettanto grave è stata la scoperta del bagno...

"La restauration est très onéreuse et de qualité très moyenne. Le personnel ne tient pas compte de nos remarques et c’est bien regrettable (0n m’a servi une glace complètement fondue et le personnel m’a dit que c’était normal vue la température). Par ailleurs, la climatisation dans les chambres était au maximum avec une impossibilité totale de la régler ce qui fait que malgré la canicule on se gelait complètement dans les chambres."
