« This hotel was in a great location. It is literally at the base of Lookout Mountain below Ruby Falls & Rock City. It’s a short drive to the aquarium & zoo. It is close to a busy road, but it wasn’t an issue for my family. There was a small problem with one of our beds and it was fixed in a timely manner. Communication from the hotel was 10/10. Overall it was a great stay and was very affordable. »

« Granted, at a Motel 6, I don’t expect luxury…however, I do expect a clean, safe room, and this establishment was not that. I personally feel like this Motel 6 needs to be condemned, because as soon as the sun starts to go down, you have all these roaches on everything, the walls, in the showers, etc. it’s disgusting and gross. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the window was missing a piece of glass (as if it had been punched out or hit with a ball), they also didn’t try to clean up that glass. I...

« This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. »

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« All was great! Except When came back to the breakfast area to get a fork. The attendant was quite rude ( It was only 10:05 .. ) and lectured me on the breskfast hours.. which is all a guest that works 70 hours a week needs. A lecture on Sat morn) but other than that the place is excellent »
