Summary:
A cosy two-bedroom flat in a quiet part of North Leamington, with its own parking space and plenty of green space nearby for a walk. The Fat Pug is a 2 minute walk, and the town centre about 18. The super king splits into two singles, so three workers can have a bed each, and couples sharing the beds means it can sleep up to 4. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more.

The Space:
The lounge has a smart TV and an electric fire, and the dining table doubles as a desk. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge and a freezer, and there's a washing machine.

Sleeping arrangement:
- Bedroom 1: super king bed, which splits into two singles
- Bedroom 2: double bed
- Lounge: small sofa bed, for one more on a short stay

The bathroom has an electric shower. A travel cot and a high chair are there for little ones.

The flat is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels.

Guest Access:
The whole flat is yours, on the first floor. It has its own parking space, with visitor spaces as well.

The Neighborhood:
Your nearest pub is The Fat Pug, 2 minutes away, and the Star & Garter, with its seasonal menu, is 8. Fizzy Moon Brewhouse, The White Horse, Fox & Vivian and the Royal Pug are all 14 to 19 minutes on foot in town, where La Bottega does fresh pasta and Cinda's Kitchen good breakfasts. Jephson Gardens is a 20 minute walk.

By car, Warwick is 5 or 6 minutes away for the castle, and Hatton Adventure World 14.

Getting Around:
Leamington Spa station is a 5 minute drive or a 23 minute walk, with trains to London Marylebone and Birmingham. Warwick Hospital is 6 minutes by car. Park in your own space at the flat.

Other Things to Note:
The flat is on the first floor. The sofa bed is small, for one more person on a short stay. Hot water comes from a tank, so the hot taps run gently; the electric shower isn't affected.

🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £100.80 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
🐶 Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
