„Zimmer 15:40 Uhr erst fertig, obwohl 15:00 Uhr checken wär. Als Entschuldigung gab es 2 Gutscheine für Softdrinks, ich fragte ob es möglich wär das für einen discount fürs Frühstück einzulösen, wär nicht möglich. „I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. “

The resort is in an abandoned area where you go through narrow roads to access and your safety is in jeopardy. I came with my family of 5 and was shocked at the ...

We also noticed what looked like bed bug droppings on the wall, which made the room feel very unhygienic and uncomfortable. In addition, we saw several other insects such as spiders, cockroaches, and many mosquitoes. Because of this, I felt quite uneasy and had a hard time relaxing. „The location is ass, you are literally in the middle of the Highway. Wlan was always gone, when you leaved your Hotel and came back you always had to log in again. The Room was not clean, the balcony had a lot of beetles which was disgusting i didnt even used the jaccuzzi. This Hotel is not a 4 Star Hotel. Also the breakfast had a small section. The Television had nothing, no Netflix no youtube.“
