„This old house is very deceiving, all different levels, so not ideal for elderly and toddlers. Upon inspection we found the bed sheets not to be clean, secondary bathroom had an awful odor. The outdoor area is shared with the cottage right off the street, not ideal at all. The game room was the only commons area to watch tv and not enough comfortable seating for watching tv. The tv didn’t work which was not ok since it was collage World Series season. They did come switch out the tv so we could ...

„Everything was great! We had a lot of fun playing pickleball in the evenings. It was quite a trek to get down to the docks and we decided not to use the kayaks because they were one person. We have kids and would have preferred a two man kayak. Not the hosts fault but the main Street leaving the neighborhood was almost dangerous. So much traffic and on a curve so you can’t see cars coming. The kids loved having the bottom floor to themselves. We would stay here again.“

„The property was amazing, it had the cabin feel with a family of deer in the front yard every evening but was still in walking distance of downtown hot springs. The host was very responsive, checking in on us through messages, throughout the visit to ensure everything was going great. Would definitely recommend and will be using this location again in the future“
