Grindstone Lake is a fairly easy downhill walk from the home, though the return is a substantial uphill climb. For a shorter outing, the road forms a wonderful walking loop with beautiful views of the lake and Sierra Blanca. You can also catch a glimpse of the lake as you depart the home.

When you arrive at the property, please use caution, as the driveway is steep, especially during winter months. You have access to the driveway and the two-car garage for parking. Laundry appliances are available inside the house for your use throughout your stay. Check-in begins at 3:00, and check-out is by 11:00.
