« The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. « We had a great stay with the pond out front and mountain view’s! Great leap off point for hiking for our family. Nice pool and tennis courts and they have gear to loan for pickle ball and tennis and more. Very quiet location with respectful neighbors so lovely to sit back at the end of the day on the deck and enjoy stars in the sky and ducks in the pond. Super dog friendly place as well. « Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears.
