« The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts. »

« This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....

« I had the end room at the end of the main floor. My door directly faced the back door exit that wasn’t secured. Anyone or anything could enter and exit at anytime. The gap under the door was significant enough for anything to crawl in but fortunately it was only the smoke from various smoked items. Cars parked right outside my window within inches The beds were hard and there were silver fish in the bathroom. I only had to stay one night but for the rate, I could’ve stayed at the wilderness...

« The water slides were fun. The resort is starting to show its age though. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was a surprise $20 per day parking fee we were unaware of until we checked in. That was not nice. The food prices were a bit higher than expected but that’s probably at all the resorts. Overall we would give it 7.8/10 rating. We loved LEGOLAND California where a buffet breakfast was included for each night we stayed. If we can find a resort that does that, we will go...

« Coffee not in room and machine by lobby was out of order the 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Indoor pool was quite cold but outside was just right. Perfect for family with children under 10. Good for the budget and close to everything in town. »

« Quiet in the DELLS is hard to find but this was perfect. Busy with families and groups but very family oriented and peaceful. The rooms are the ultimate quiet. We never heard a neighbor or doors slamming or kids running. We will stay again »

« Free kayaks to use Grills were being worked on but one was working Fridge was froze up but replaced it same day. Didn't care for geese and ducks on the beach. We didn't go into the water at all. »

« Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again. »

« This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin. »

« L'hôtel ne fait de mine de l'extérieur mais il y a un certain style vintage, la taille de la chambre un peu petite , très propre et très confortable. »
