We enjoyed our first holiday in Abu Dhabi and the time over Christmas here at the Jumeirah very much. Especially the buffet restaurant is worth mentioning, which leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled! We can also recommend the gym and wellness area to everyone. At the reception, Israel always greeted us with a smile and small issues (disturbance of the peace at night by loud guests in the neighbouring room, door switch air conditioning) were solved immediately to our satisfaction! Thank you, we will be happy to come back 👍

We had the best time. We travelled with our two kids and the kids club was so clean and modern. The staff were so friendly and the property was stunning and well located. The breakfast service was so well organised and the selection was wide. There were plently of spaces on the beach and we managed to spot a wild dolphin.

Poor start but ended ok.
First, they didn’t even know about the platinum membership perks even tho they are a VIP hotel. We didn’t get a room upgrade which is ok but the room we did have had some issue. First the duvet had stains so we asked if they could change it. They did change it but left the first blanket in the room. The coffee mugs were also first so we needed them changed. Finally the tv wasn’t working so we needed someone to come and get it working. The manager did accommodate us for a free brunch which definitely helped improve our stay and overall the staff was nice. Just hate to see those kinds of issues for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is really nice and it has one of the best beaches in the UAE. It is really clean and people are friendly and nice. Check in was bad. We were given a wrong room. We had to go back to reception and they had to check, which wasted quite some time. Also our room was not upgraded but they gave us complementary breakfast to make up for the room mixup

Loved the property. Loved the staff service and attention to detail. The restaurants were great. Someone in our group was in a wheelchair and we had kids. The hotel facilities was accomodative for both and the staff were trained well trained. I woukd definitely stay there again. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.
