A quiet, private retreat with its own entrance, the kind of place you look forward to coming back to at the end of the day. Fast WiFi and a calm space make it easy to work, unwind, or both.

Sleep on a queen Purple mattress dressed in soft bedding and plush pillows, with an Apple phone and watch charger on the nightstand and a wall mounted Vizio smart TV at the foot of the bed. A spacious walk in closet, luggage rack, and iron with board keep longer stays tidy. The desk and chair sit right beside the router, so calls stay solid.

The kitchen is fully equipped: stainless gas range, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and a GE French door fridge with filtered water. Mornings start at the coffee bar, where a Ninja and a Keurig wait alongside K cups, tea, sugar, sweetener, and creamer.

Evenings belong to the living room. Stretch out on the sofa sleeper, switch on the electric fireplace, and watch the 65 inch TCL with soundbar. An in unit GE front load washer and dryer, supplies included, means you can pack light.

Out front is a sweet little spot for morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or dinner in the open air. Feeling like a walk? A beautiful path through the greenspace begins just steps away.

Nearby, grab dinner at restaurants worth planning a night around, catch a concert at Thunder Valley, cheer on a tournament at Placer Valley Soccer Complex, or browse the Westfield Galleria Mall.

Our family lives right next door, so help is a message away in the Vrbo app or a knock on the front door. We respect your privacy and want you completely at ease from the moment you arrive.

This is a strictly smoke free and drug free property. Our children live next door, so no smoking or illegal substances anywhere on the premises.

The home is not baby proofed. Outlet covers, cabinet locks, corner guards, door handle covers, and baby gates are not in place.

Park anywhere along the street or in front of the single car garage. Please leave driveways and walkways clear for our neighbors.

No pets, and here is why. Our sweet Boxer calls this place home. She loves meeting people but treasures her own space, and keeping things calm for her and for you matters to us. If you are traveling with a pet, one of the many pet friendly listings nearby will most likely be a better fit.
