„Nice hotel with mostly friendly staff who smile and make you feel welcome. Rooms are ok with comfy bed and hot shower. WiFi also fast enough. One thing need to stop doing is making you feel like some kind of villain on the way out by insisting to check not stolen anything from the room!! Jeez….Don’t also insist all hotels do it (they don’t) and if going to do it, better make sure a list present for what in the room when arrive!!!“

„Attention to detail was top notch. Impeccable esthetics!“

„The rooms were nice and clean, but customer service is non existent!! The breakfast was okay. “

„Not worth the price. There was a cockroach in my room on the first night. Water from the shower leaks out to the rest of the bathroom and living room when one takes a shower. The security guards from the parking lot had my go to the guards at the reception to pass my purse through the scanner because I went to the parking lot and returned after a few minutes. They asked one if my guests to return to their posts to get checked because they weren't there when he walked through. After waiting for a ...

„What should have been a comfortable hotel stay turned into a frustrating experience. The section of the Continental Hotel Abuja where I was placed was effectively a construction site. „Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal. Strenge Sicherheit. Grosse Zimmer.

„Located and close to a lot of interesting sites in the City. Everywhere is within 20 mins of Uber ride! Loved it!“

„I would book the hotel again and again. It was all to the fullest satisfaction. The room, the great service, really everything !!!“

„Will not come back “

„I booked online with Hotels.com and when I arrived to check-in they told me that my room wouldn't be available and that it was being fumigated. They didn't offer me another room, they didn't offer me a refund, nor did they try to help me book another room somewhere else. I arrived around midnight and had to try and find alternate arrangements in the middle of then night (I am a female and was traveling alone). Totally unacceptable. They didn't even send me aessagd in advance to let me know.“

„Overall a clean and serene space.“

„I needed a hotel that offers conference rooms also. The room are big and clean, the conference organization was very good and the hotel is in a good area in Lagos. Breakfast is ok, the restaurant a bit slow, friendly reception, good security.“

„Not a star catagoy hotel Breakfast was not good Highly over-priced for this catagoy hotel.“
