„As expected thanks. Had a good stay“

„Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. „Empfehle.“

„Horrible customer experience - after booking, the confirmation email“

„Ungenügend Licht in der Küche“

„Schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Zimmer, funktional ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten “

„Sauber, praktisch, bequemes Bett“

We were told that the hotel did have air conditioning, but only four rooms had it. We were told we should have chosen a room that was listed as having air conditioning in the description. After we provided proof (with photos) that the room should have air conditioning, we were told that the description on Expedia was incorrect. That's just how it is now. No ...

A bientôt“
