- Out of respect for the neighbourhood, quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am must be observed.

- Electric vehicle charging is prohibited. You will find charging points in the town centre of Saint Pierre Quiberon.

- Washing cars, boats, jet skis... is forbidden.



The house is located near the small sailing school of St-Pierre as well as the National Sailing School. The neighbourhood is very quiet and ideally located, you can do everything by bicycle.

Kerbourgnec beach is 5 minutes walk, Saint Pierre de Quiberon is 1 minute by car, 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot. Quiberon is 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike.
