Your holiday home is spread over two levels plus a mezzanine, offering warm, bright, and functional living spaces. The cosy living room, with its wood-burning stove and connected HD TV, invites you to unwind, while the fully equipped contemporary kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals to enjoy indoors or on the terrace.

Upstairs, the sleeping areas include:

A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed

A mezzanine with a double bed

A landing area with a single bed – ideal for a child or teenager



Outdoors, everything is set up for relaxation and convivial moments.

Take a dip in the private heated pool, unwind under the adjustable-slat pergola, or enjoy a barbecue in the shaded outdoor area directly connected to the kitchen.

Tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats are included.

Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for 95€ incl. tax per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.

A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave, we ask our tenants to leave the house as they found it when they arrived (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of dirt apparent, bins removed, etc.).

People who not want to worry about the cleaning before their departure, we offer a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 25€/hour For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 75€.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
