Lovely little hotel on the beach. I think it may be the closest property to the beach on the island. Convenient, quiet, private location set back from the road. New, extremely clean with friendly and responsive management who provide a personal touch. Great bed, pillows, sheets, and Aircon for a wonderful night’s sleep. Good water pressure and temperature for a nice shower. Little grocery stores to left and right of hotel back on the main road. Very nice beachside restaurant just down the beach to the right, ‘Surf Club’. Good bakery on main road to left (Garapan direction), ‘Great Harvest’. The hotel is a great value; highly recommend and will return. *Best to get ocean view - just a little more but spacious with a view.

Spacious, clean rooms with wonderful service. The location is perfect, right on the water with a beautiful view. Gated hotel so it’s very safe and secure.

If I could give this hotel a thousand stars I would! So very clean and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful outside sitting area and direct access to the sea. They will have our business every time we are in Saipan!

사진보다 숙소가 더 넓고 엄청 청결해서 놀랐어요 진짜 화장실에 곰팡이 생길수 있는데 그런거 하나도 없고 관리를 신경써서 해주시는게 느껴집니다 그리고 주인분들이 너~~~~무 친절해서 머무는 동안 너무 편안하게 있었습니다 외곽인가 싶을수 있는데 보통 체험 하는데에서 픽업 서비스가 잘되어 있기 때문에 그런건 문제 없습니다 다음에도 사이판을 가게 된다면 여기를 방문하고 싶습니다

친절한 호텔
새벽 비행기로 이동해서 공항 근처 호텔로 잠깐 머물렀습니다. 새벽도착이다보니 이동수단 등 걱정이 많았는데 택시도 안전하게 불러주셔서 편히 이동했습니다. 아침에 식당 갈 땐 사장님이 태워 주셔서 편히 잘 다녀 왔습니다. 숙박객에 대한 배려가 돋보이는 곳 입니다.

Generally tolerable hotel
It was a whirlwind trip there. Staffs were generally kind and OK. But it was hard to find a place to eat in the neighborhood. Furthermore, I missed the chance to ask to clean the room, because I got up late due to late arrival.

Overall, very good stay. Hotel was quiet and we almost had it to ourselves. Located right next to park/water. Owner was very nice/attentive and allowed us to check-in early/check-out late since had availability. Clean rooms, good location. Felt very safe entire time with gates locked/cameras... kind of seemed like over kill. I'd highly recommend & would stay there again if another trip to Saipan.

Excellent stay in Saipan
Fantastic stay! The owner and his partner were super friendly and helpful. Anything you need, just ask and rest assured that they will do their very best to help you. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Just a few steps away from the hotel is the beach, with amazing sunset views. Would happily stay again. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

너무 좋은 호텔이예요~
규모가 크진 않지만 필요한 것들이 다 갖춰져 있어요. 생수 무제한 제공~! 비치타월과 아이스박스도 대여가능합니다. 아침에 창 밖으로 보이는 풍경은 5성급 호텔도 못따라옵니다. 몇 걸음 나가면 만나는 해변과 자연을 해치지 않는 규모가 사이판 비치호텔의 큰 장점인것 같습니다.

Excellent Hotel
When I first walked into the hotel, Irma greeted me with a smile and by name. She made me feel right at home from the initial checkin. The room was clean and tidy. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and all amenities for the bathroom. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in and I will stay at this hotel on every visit to Saipan from now on.

空港から近くて便利。ホテルは綺麗で清潔だった。支配人？もフレンドリー良かった。近くにはコンビニ程度のマーケットも数件ありちょっとした買い物もでき、ローカルレストランもあって良い。 ビーチも目の前でサンセットも見れる。プールがあれば良かった。送迎は無いのでタクシーを使うことになる。チップ込みで２０ドルくらいです。

Would easily recommend this hotel to a friend
This small hotel really delivers a great experience for travelers. The HUGE advantage is that this hotel has direct beach access. This hotel has definitely been updated recently and is in great condition overall -- inside and out. The current owner is present on site and actively manages the property. The room was spacious and the air conditioner was effective. They provided beach towels for use, too. Saipan is really small, and you'll likely have a car, so staying here (a bit out of the main tourist area) is not an inconvenience to your visit to the island. You can walk via the beach to Saipan Surf Club for a nighttime dinner or drink, too. Would easily recommend this hotel to a friend without hesitation.

MJ and Irma are WONDERFUL host and hostess. After being here for 3 days, I felt part of the family. Both have interesting backgrounds and you will enjoy having excellent conversations with them. My room facing the ocean was immaculate. Do arrange to eat breakfast because at $12, you won’t leave hungry. Make sure to spend an extra $3 for the well prepared pancakes. The hotel sits just across a gravel parking lot from the beach. Do ask for a beach towel. My only concern is you have to drive on an unpaved driveway to reach the hotel from Beach Road. Drive slowly and you will be fine. I encourage you to stay at this terrific property.

침대 및 침구류는 깨끗합니다. 방은 큰편이고 5성급 호텔처럼 모든게 비치되어 있습니다. 조식도 훌륭한 편이며 가성비 별 5개가 아까울 정도로 아주 좋습니다. 단 하나 호텔 주변에 대중교통이 없다는게 큰 흠이라면 흠이네요.

Great experience happy stay
The beach is just a stone throw from the hotel. The hotel is cozy and clean. Have all toiletry and hair dryer. MJ and Emma help us contact and book activities. Just feel like home. We definitely will come back.

The owners went out of their way to accommodate my every need. Compared to the 5-star hotels, Saipan Beach Hotel had 5-star service, while conversely, the larger hotels have, at best, 3-star service. Thank you, MJ and Irma, for the best stay I have had in a long time at a hotel. I hope to be back soon!

立地は場所がわかりにくいが、チャランカノアビーチが目の前。 すぐにビーチで遊べる。 ビーチに人があまりにも少ないので、最初は少々不安になります。 オーナー夫妻が親切で、快適なホテルでした。 周囲に遊び場がないのでナイトライフを楽しみたい人には、ガラパン地区をおすすめします。 チャランカノア地区は田舎を楽しみたい人には良いと思います。

침구 화장실 청소 상태 최상 ~
방안에 화장실도 아주 깨끗하고 필요한건 다 갖추고 있습니다.직원분 친절하시고요.공항과 가까워서 선택했고 허츠에서 렌터해서 차타고 10분 안 걸렸습니다. Pic 가기전 새벽 비행기라 숙박비 아낄겸사겸사 잘 선택한거 같습니다. 방 자체가 냄새도 없고 청소 상태가 최상입니다. 침구도 아주 깨끗한데 아이랑 3이 자기엔 더블 침대하나는 좁긴하네요 ~ 잘 잘고 갑니다.

Super comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to rest the night without distractions. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Its a hidden gem and there's nothing i didn't like about the stay. Thanks for the hospitality and i would recommend it to family and friends coming for business or pleasure....

힐링하기 좋은 기분좋고 친절한 사람들이 함께하는 호텔
사장님 MJ 매우 친절하시고, 직원분들 미소 가득 친절함이 정말 최고입니다.(ex. 차 문을 잠깐 안 잠그고 방에 다녀왔는데 차를 지키시며, 도둑맞을수 있으니 항상 잠깐이라도 차안에 물건나두지말고 문을 잠그라고 이야기해주시고, 차 실내등을 켜놓고 내렸더니 실내등 켜져있다고 방으로 직접 전화도 주시고, 방까지 캐리어를 다 들어다 주시고, 왠만하면 다 okay해준다는 사장님의 서비스 마인드) 일단 호텔은 매우 한적하고 조용한 바다 앞에 있고, 돗자리피고 수영이나 선셋 바라봐도 매우 좋고, 중국인은 아예 없는 수준이고, 미국,일본,한국등 외국인의 비중이 상당히 높은 호텔입니다. 룸의 청소상태나 청경상태는 매우 깨끗하고 정리정돈이 잘 되어있으나 약간 어두운 느낌의 객실입니다. 어메니티는 인원수에 맞게 구비되어있네요. 씀씀이 좋고 아끼지않는 호텔 서비스 느껴짐. 물은 객실에 2통 있고, 식사를 할수 있는 작지만 귀여운 레스토랑이 밖에 있습니다. 짧은 숙박에 이용을 못해봤는데, 저녁도 먹을수 있으니, 나가지 않고 호텔에서 식사하셔도 충분할것입니다. 가격 또한 매우 합리적이네요. 저희 딸과 제가 사진함께 찍자는 요구에도 기분좋게 들어주시고, 그 덕분에 짧지만 좋은 추억남기고 한국 돌아왔습니다. 감사합니다. 메일로 사진 보내드리고, 가음 사이판 여행때는 길게 호텔에 머물도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다. from Lee or Leo ^^

외관만보고 판단하지말것. 나에겐 진짜 너무 편하고 세상 깨끗했던 인생 호텔
다이빙할라고 사이판간거라 숙소는 별로 중요하지않아서 후기보고 여기로 묵기로 결정했어요. 근데 왠걸 완전 청결하고(벌레1도없음) 조용하고 침대도 매우 편했습니다. 위치가 다소 가라판시내에서 떨어져있긴한데 그래봤자 15분20분 정도입니다. 저희는 주로 온콜서비스이용했구요(무제한 택시서비스) 저희 호텔 앞까지 와줘서 편했습니다. 주인부부가 너무 친절하구요 처음에 세탁서비스금액 15불받아서 비싸다고했더니 10불만받았어요ㅎㅎ 호텔 바로앞에 바다가 있는데 사람이 없어서 프라이빗 비치처럼 저희 둘만 몇시간 스노쿨링했구요. 아무래도 큰 호텔이 아니다보니 이용객이 없어 매우 조용하고 한적하고 너무 좋았습니다. 이렇게 좋은호텔에 손님 없다는게 슬플정도네요..원래 후기 진짜 귀찮아서 안쓰는데 직원들 친절도나 룸컨디션이 너무좋아서 공유코자 글을 씁니다. 그리고 대박인건 전자레인지도 룸안에 다 있어요ㅎ 애기있거나 햇반이나 즉석식품 가져가시는분들한텐 진짜 편하실것같아요. 저희 부부도 햇반 볶음김치 3분짜장 오지게 돌려먹었습니다 ㅎㅎ 마지막날에 태풍이와서 사이판전체 정전났는데 여기는 자가 전자장치가 있다며 24시간 덥지않게 에어컨펑펑썼구용~ 전기랑 물도 단수 안된 유일한 곳이었어요.. 태풍때매 돌아가는 날도 택시가 안해서 걱정했는데 주인아저씨가 걱정말라며 태워다주셨어요ㅋㅋ 호텔이 아담하니 오래된 느낌들지만 호텔내부는 지인짜 깨끗합니다. 맨발로다녔어요 ㅎ 싸이판 다시가도 여기 또 묵을거에요

오래되긴햇지만 조용하고 좋은데 중국인 너무 마나사 시끄럽고 조식먹을때 시장통 같아여 ㅋㅋ섬하고 가깝고 주변시티가까우ㅜ서 가성비추천해야

hello thanks for your review, the hotel is newly renovated super clean with ocean front, unfortunately you have not try our breakfast ,its served on outside patio facing the ocean for fresh breeze, this is island spirt and style, Iam sorry you did not like ,but you first guest in 2 years no like. What Chinese noise you talking about ,we had no Chinese guest at the time you stayed with us, you only stayed one night. Again sorry if you really feel that way. Mj
