« This hotel is a little gem: clean, well maintained, and with good amenities overall. However, the breakfast arrangement needs urgent improvement.
Breakfast is provided through vouchers at a nearby bakery, where I found the staff rude and unhelpful. On my only visit, I showed my voucher, was told to wait, and was then ignored for at least 20 minutes. I eventually paid for my cornetti myself, even though breakfast for at least one person was included in my stay. The lady only acknowledged me when...

« This property is beautiful. It is an easy walk from the train station and it is in an elevator building. I’d like to give it 4.75 stars. It is located in the midst of a pedestrian only area with many shops and restaurants. And a small water view.
The only downside was that we did not know there would be no housekeeping during our stay. We were given two coffee pods for a Nespresso type machine. On our return to the room after day 1 exploring, we had to go out again to find a supermarket for...

« First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast type place. It is in a hard to find area of old town Salerno. It was a very unique or different experience staying here for one night but Angelo went out of his way to make sure everything worked out well even securing us a taxi the following morning to the train station. It is well worth staying here but no elevators!!!! »

« Nice and helpful reception, there is not reception after 7 pm , it is like a 4 bedroom apartment and you will have your own room with bathrooms, at night there was a lot of noise from other room ( sometimes it was scary) because there is not reception- big and clean room , good bathrooms and finally it is a little bit difficult to find the address but calling the reception can be helpful ( he is nice ) - breakfast is servings after 9 am and they don’t have restaurant, good price and close to...
