The rooms are outdated and there were some spots that need cleaning. But overall this hotel is a very affordable alternative if you want to stay within a reasonable distance of Manchester City center. Supermarket and a lot of shops right across the street which is very convenient.

In die Jahre gekommen
Soweit ok - aber alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. WiFi nur 20 Minuten am Tag ist eine Zumutung. Ein falscher Feueralarm nachts um 3.00 Uhr blieb unkommentiert.

Ungünstig für Busverbindungen
Frühstück ohne Gemüse und wenig Obst. Brot und Baguette halb vertrocknet. Wer nach 9.00 Uhr kommt erhält nur noch die Reste der Vorgänger.Auch auf Nachfrage wurde nicht nachgelegt. ( pro Peron 6£ ) Anruf für Weckdienst nicht bekommen. Taxi zum Airport nicht bestellt. Nachtschicht der Rezeption hat es verschlafen und fühlte sich sichtlich gestört!

Nettes Hotel in Stadt- und Stadionnähe (ManU)
Hotelteam und Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Restaurant und Angebot ist ausreichend. Zimmer sind brauchbar!! Also für einen Kurztrip, wenn das Zimmer nur zum schlafen benutzt wird, in der Stadt Manchester, ist das Hotel ausreichend und günstig!!! Würde ich nochmal nehmen!!!

Very basic accommodation, and for the money it’s fine. Beds aren’t overly comfy, but overall was clean and the fact there is locked free parking is a bonus.

Did the marathon on Sunday.. great location to walk to & from start line.. staff very helpful & friendly Could do with re painting but doesn’t really effect your stay The Saturday was a bit expensive but that was due to the marathon & like most hotels they hike the prices

Great value hotel in a convenient location with free parking. Rooms are a dated but very clean. Nice hot shower and comfortable bed. Would stay again when we are in the area.

There a lot of things that need updating including their menu. The prices seem very expensive for frozen goods. On sunday they are only able to do pizza at the restaurant because there is not a chef. This irritated me as there are no signs to let customers know that this is the case. Everything absolutely spot on

You get what you pay for! Hairs all over the room and general lack of cleanliness. Fire alarm woke us up early which was annoying-no apology from staff.

We found the reception staff very friendly. We arrived 10p.m. So managed to get a drink and went over to McDonalds for dinner The continental breakfast was good. The next day we visited our newly delivered granddaughter in hospital. We were hoping for an evening meal but hadn’t realised no food Sunday evening. So Mc Donalds again! Over-all the room etc was good but maybe looking a little tired and needs refreshing eg decorating.

Free parking and comfy bed
You get what you pay for like most hotels - budget hotel, carpets could do with a deep clean but the rest of the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were all lovely and helpful, parking is free and on site which was absolutely ideal - 20 min walk to central convention centre where we needed to be so it was perfect for what we needed as we were hardly in the room and just needed somewhere to sleep, shower and park. Would stay again no issues at all. If you’re a light sleeper and like the window open the roadside rooms may not be ideal for you on a Friday night, didn’t bother us too much though.

Really conveniently located hotel in Manchester (Salford). I was really happy with my stay and will definitely use again. Only small gripe was that the bathroom could be better....I thought days of climbing into a bath to use the shower were all in the past.

I can not knock this place whatsoever, for the price you’re really just looking for a hotel which has a bed, no stinky room and no dead animals. For what’s classed as a 2 star hotel it’s perfect, right near all the Manchester City centre locations, lovely staff and a free car park which you can expect to pay at least £20 for a night anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend enough and would stay here again.

Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was basic, but had everything we needed and for the price we paid we were more than happy. If you need a bed to crash in, near Manchester City Centre, with free parking, then this fits the bill

Terrible stay
The cleanliness was awful. The bathroom hadn't even been cleaned. Dirt on the shelving and rusty fittings. Poorly repaired holes in walls and light fittings not working. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Please look at photos.

This hotel is what you pay for, very basic and tired looking. The rooms have a musty smell and the bathroom didn’t seem clean and the sink leaked. Good location and free parking a plus.

Room was cold all there was, was a little storage heater, bathroom was freezing, small bath (if you call it a bath) no phone to ring through to reception. You can hear every noise going especially from people above you. No ceiling lights just lamps. Beds uncomfy and the smallest duvet possible.
