« The area in the middle of the city appeared to be safe, and I visited with a special needs . Young adult, There was plenty to see, and for me, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. However, the breakfast left much to be desired as the food was of poor quality. On a positive note, the staff service was fantastic, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. « The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient.
Be aware there is a ÂŁ100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected.
My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good. »
« Great hotel - staff lovely & welcoming. My room was fab. No parking due to city centre location - pre booked suggested carpark (Q Park Piazza ) worked well (but cost £37 for 1 night stay so suggest factoring that into stay) - lots of construction in Manchester atm (some close to hotel) but noise was not an issue - happy to recommend »
