facility was advertised as having a pool and a waterslide online. This was the sole reason for us booking this hotel. As soon as we walked into the property there was a sign on the door that said that the pool was closed for renovation/maintenance. I requested to cancel our reservation and was given a cancellation number and told that I would have my reservation refunded. However, this did not happen and I was charged for a hotel that I did not even stay at. Tried to get this rectified with Expedia, who could not even get the property to refund. poor customer service and was essentially lied to by the front desk staff shame on you best western.
