Too average a hotel to be named as Serena.
There was no one at the reception, when we reached, do had to wait. Then i was given a standard room whereas i had paid for heritage sweet. Buffet was very ordnirary. Cleanliness was below avaerage.overall the only good thing about the hotel was its name Serena.
