Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung bis auf die laute Klimaanlage. Das Hotel ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lobby ist nicht sehr einladend. Das gilt auch für den Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstück ist eher spärlich und es gibt an manchen Tagen nur Einweggeschirr. Die Umgebung ist gemessen an der sonstigen Sauberkeit von SLC eher schlecht. Es ist nicht gefährlich. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels halten sich aber viele Obdachlose auf.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to give us feedback about your experience. We pride ourselves on a well maintained, clean and safe property. We appreciate your comments about the homelessness. We do have 24/7 security at the hotel and our hotel property. They are retired Salt Lake City Police Officers. Being in a metropolitan area, you will find the homelessness concerns you may encounter in any comparable city. I apologize that breakfast didn't meet your expectations.

Altes Hotel, aber in Stand gehalten. Toilette war nicht gereinigt und sehr verunreinigt! Insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist aber für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut (bis auf das Wegwerfgeschirr).

Hotel für die Durchreise empfehlenswert. Gute Anbindung zum Highway und Templesquare zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz kostenlos und Frühstück mit frischem Obst (Ananas Melone), Eier, Speck, Pancakes usw. Auch der Kaffee war gut. Es wurde eine Gebühr für evtl. Einkäufe im Shop abgebucht (nicht nur geblockt) Ich hoffe, das wird schnell wieder zurück gebucht! Ansonsten war alles OK, auch mit dem WLan konnte man arbeiten.

Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, man ist in ca. 2min. im Downtown und sehr schnell auf dem Freeway. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok. Die Zimmer werden nur gereinigt wenn man dies wünscht, leider haben wir dies erst bei der Abreise erfahren, eine Info beim Check-In wäre wünschenswert.

I didn’t know I became a VIP making this booking on Expedia. At the arrival at the counter they gave me a botte of water and snacks. A choice of a free room upgrade was offered and ended up with a king suite, with jetted jacuzzi tub in the room. The place was nice, clean and the bed was pleasantly soft. Will book the place again, when I am in the neighborhood.

Large and clean rooms. comfortable beds. 4th floor was quiet. Shower had good water pressure but did change from hot to cold frequently while running. Hot breakfast and good variety of foods. Via was excellent and friendly at check in! Would stay here again, very convenient to everything you need.

The hotel breakfast was quite nice...far superior to many other hotel breakfasts...so we really enjoyed that and the variety of goods offered. Staff was wonderful and we were very pleased with a free upgrade to a suite. Lovely space. We walked to all our dining choices and found great places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here MANY times over the last couple of years and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The establishment is well kept, clean and provides multiple amenities. Price is reasonable and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. All in all, i would recommend this place to anyone, whether you're just traveling through, staying and visiting or for business. It's easy access to the freeway, has plenty of parking, and in a good part of downtown for taking a walk or going out to eat.

Very clean, awesome pool(open late), security guard on site. Only concern was front desk said they needed a card on file for incidentals- when I handed th front desk person my card they ran a $50 charge. When I asked they said "oh that's our deposit".

The breakfast is very good, lots of selections to choose from. Room is nice, bed is comfortable. Pool is big and the hot tub is good size. The only issue with the hot tub is the water could be a little bit warmer, But it was still nice. I will be staying there again next month.
