Very bad. I do not recommend this property or host (CMH BNB LLC). We stayed here for two weeks and the entire experience was stressful. The biggest issue was the payment process. Even though Vrbo successfully charged my card, the host repeatedly claimed my card had insufficient funds or incorrect details. A few days before check-in, I received a threatening text saying my reservation would be canceled unless I paid again via PayPal, which felt very suspicious. Vrbo confirmed this was the host but did nothing to help. The issue continued after check-in, and my card was charged four times, including duplicate charges and separate fees for the apartment and garage.The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The floor was sticky and the apartment smelled bad, the unit was very small, and the bed frame was broken, forcing my husband to sleep in the middle so it wouldn’t collapse. There were also wet, dirty towels left on the floor of the coat closet.Customer service was dismissive and focused on charging extra. For a long stay, basic cleaning supplies were not provided. Shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and when I reached out, I was told they “encourage guests to not waste,” which wasn't the story.We were there for work, but the internet has a VPN that blocks professional access, forcing us to work elsewhere. No apology or accommodation was offered. Instead, they focused on charging for late checkout.This property is run by CMH BNB. Avoid them at all costs.
