„Spacious basement living area, full kitchen with all necessary equipment in good condition, very clean. Use of laundry facility was appreciated. Initial impression on arrival was off-putting as steep alley entry led to gravel parking area with weedy seating area for a distant, limited ocean view. Entry was through laundry room, very dark so need to turn light switch on to right of door upon entry. Impression improved a lot once opening the door into the living area. Confusion over access ...
