„The property is excellent! It was awesome to have big waves crashing on one side and then gentle waves (at a nearly private beach!) just steps from the gate. We saw whales on numerous days which was fantastic. There is a kayak on the property that we used to paddle around with sea turtles. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in all the bedrooms/bathrooms. The pool was great and we packed rafts to float around. Dulce made us an incredible lunch and we wish we would have had her prepare one more ...

„Great house with well appointed and large bedrooms. Everything was clean and in good condition. We had an issue with hot water that they fixed quickly. Staff was great - Cooke breakfast for us every morning. Walk to the beach is easy. It’s the neighborhood beach (Ballenas) which is more local as opposed to more touristy Bonita. Bonita is a 20 minute drive even though it looks super close on the map. Would stay here again!“

„So first we couldn’t find the villa, even the doorman of the community couldn’t help us, when we did find it, they wouldn’t want to give us the key, saying “they didn’t know we were coming”. We had to wait for someone to come and give us the keys after complaining. The villa is beautiful tho, the pool water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t get in it. To check out, we had to call them to come get the keys and they didn’t even know “we were leaving”. They thought we were leaving 3 days after. “

„I would NOT recommend staying at this property. We arrived at 8pm to the home and there was NO electricity. Not because the power was out in the neighborhood, but because nobody was there to check it and turn it back on with the company. There was also NO water. No water in the sinks and showers OR drinking water. Again, something that should have been checked BEFORE our arrival. When we tried to use the stove, that also didn't work. Turns out there was no gas. Also the WiFi did NOT ...
