„from the first entrance until leaving everything was unique and especially all the staff were very friendly and doing a great job“

„The staff was very helpful, asked if I needed the room to be cleaned that I just needed to ask. There are lots of amenities close by: CU convenience store, coffee shops (Starbucks, Coffee bean, etc), restaurants of all types on Bangi-dong food alley, and walking distance to the Lotte Mall/World/Tower. Two close subway stations Line 8 and Line 9 with escalator access - transferring from the airport via public transport was almost the same time as driving.

„Unclean, unhygienic and unkept rooms, they didn’t even change or clean the room even after i asked to change my room. Worst toilet.“

„The rooms are very small and dirty. The bathroom smelled of urine, way too small, and poor quality. We will never go back to that hotel or that area again.“
