Beautiful place to stay and great location, but really bad/ non-existent communication!Online stated check-in info would be provided 72 hours before, but 48 hours before we still had not received anything. We tried contacting the owner online and calling them with no response. Then 20 hours before check-in we called Vrbo. They reached out to the owners and got an answer; was told they usually wait till the day of check-in at 9am to send info but would go ahead and send the information. No information came and again nothing came that morning. It was 6 hours to check-in and we called the owner, no answer, so called Vrbo and they could not get the owner either. Vrbo told us to wait a few hours and if they could not reach the owner they would help us find a new place...3 hours before check-in we finally receive a text with check-in information. No apology for the delay or for the hardship or stress they have caused our family. We checked-in and the home was well-maintained, clean and just as described. We had a great stay afterword's, but the lack of communication has put me off from using this house again.

Beautiful home and comfortable for big families. The communication was not great had some questions and never got a response even after we left. And if you are planning on cooking make sure to take extra pans since there is only one and one griddle it took me a long time to cook meals for my family of 8.

Great stay

Location was perfect, just a little outside the city but close enough to get to sight within 15-20 min. Quiet neighborhood. Gas station and grocery very close by. House was perfect for two adults and two teens. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

House was dirty

The house was really dirty. The floors needed to be mopped really badly, as they had black grime everywhere. For those of us wearing socks in the house those were covered in it and had to be thrown away because they were black. We stripped the bedding as well because those felt yucky. The drain in the shower started smelling day 1 and left a nasty smell through the whole house. There was no check in or out information for the house and no code was sent to get in. I had to send a message to the property owner to get the code for the lockbox so we could get the keys for the house and then on checkout day, the owner showed up an hour earlier than when they told us we originally had to be out. They really need to work on their communication. No instructions were left for checkout tasks either so we didn’t know if anything needed to be done. The doors wouldn’t close without being locked either. Overall I would say it was fine but you could find something better.

Really felt homey here. Liked it was close to so many things. There was few minor issues with shower drains slow and one TV in kids bedroom didn't work. But that's being picky. One thing we were disappointed with was no check in/out instructions. And had to reach out to vbro to get communication to get info a out check in. But great cute place

Had potential to be great

Had enough space for a multi family stay, and the back patio was fantastic. However we were not satisfied with the cleanliness. Floors were filthy, sheets were not clean, and all towels were still in the dryer. Didn’t feel like they put in enough effort to prepare for guests in between stays.

Mini Reunion

We were able to enjoy a long weekend to visit our son who lives om San Antonio as well as bring his brother, sister-in-law and niece. The location was very peaceful at the end of cul-de-sac and in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed our visit and stay.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious rental! Great location near a grocery store and everything was a 20 minute drive - we were in town for a wedding in Helotes but also explored the Alamo and River walk and a few other sites. We loved our time in San Antonio!

Disappointed

House was not very clean - grimy floors, suspicious bedding, and dirty bathroom sinks and shower. Only one working toilet in the house, and they never sent the plumber they said would come so five of us shared one bathroom. Host did not provide check-in information; I asked twice before she finally provided door code just before our arrival that night. I do not recommend staying here and we will not be returning.

Excellent Stay

Property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean fully furnished clean beds, nice furniture. We had a very good experience since this was our first time using a rbnb. I would recommend using this service to anyone else.

river tubing trip

we had an excellent time staying at this location! There was plenty of room for the eight of us without any problems at all. Communicating with the the host was fast and easy! We were about 40 minutes from our tubing destination which wasn’t bad, we were close to down town san antonio , close to grocery , gas, eating ! The neighborhood was quiet . This was a great place to stay for a weekend get away ! Will definitely stay here again ! Thank you for the great housing !

Perfect for a family

There were 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids). The house was exactly what we needed. Having 4 beds (including the bunk beds) I’m the room where the kids stayed was an extra bonus. The patio was wonderful, especially with the ceiling fan as it was super hot out (July in San Antonio is no joke!).

Great Space to hangout

We were looking for a place to stay in San Antonio that would fit 6 adults and a toddler. This was the perfect home for our family. There was plenty of seating both inside and out. We enjoyed grilling out in the backyard for dinner and cooking breakfast in the house. The home is well stocked with all of your essentials. It was a good central location to all of our planned outings (riverwalk, seaworld, etc) We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to return in the future
