« Our initial room smelled strong like animal urine room 417. There was still spills on the floor that weren't mopped up and hair in the bathroom floor. We moved rooms and the second room was better on third floor.
We purchased an additional room for a guest and the staff member that originally made the reservation, made it incorrectly and changed it but then issued when checking in when guest arrived. Another staff member was able to fix it later on.
Breakfast was good and included in the hotel...

« Staff were excellent. Check in time seems late and even at that had to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be ready. I know it is the digital age but missed having a pen and paper in the room and seemed challenging even when I asked the front desk staff. That said, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. »

« The front office staff were friendly. The cleaning staff seemed bothered when we kindly asked that towels be placed in our room. It was my husband and I staying, so we did not require the room be cleaned daily. She only left one large bath towel. We had also requested more body wash and it was not refilled. The air conditioner in our room was loud, like lawnmower loud. The mattress was uncomfortable. Thin, we were side sleepers and our hip bones ached and I woke up several times a night to turn...
